Dante Audio is a digital audio networking technology and protocol developed by Audinate. It is designed to simplify and streamline the distribution of audio signals over standard Ethernet networks. Dante is widely used in professional audio applications, particularly in the professional sound reinforcement, recording, and broadcast industries.
“Roon Tested” is a designation Roon Labs gives audio devices verified to work well with Roon software. Unlike “Roon Ready” devices, which are typically network-enabled and can directly interface with Roon’s core server, “Roon Tested” devices may not have network capabilities but have been tested to ensure they perform optimally when connected to a Roon system, typically through USB, HDMI, AirPlay, Google Cast, or other connections.

2026 Kii SEVEN – Giveaway!
ENTRY LIMIT. Limit one (1) entry per natural person, one (1) entry per household (people sharing the same residential address), and one (1) entry per place of business (people sharing the same business/office address) during the Promotion Period, regardless of method of entry. Entries in excess of these limits, or entries submitted using multiple identities, accounts, email addresses, devices, scripts, or automated processes, are void and may result in disqualification of all associated entries, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
DISPUTE OF IDENTITY. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter. Winner selection language (random draw February 12, 2026).
DRAWING DATE / RANDOM SELECTION. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur on February 12, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
NOTIFICATION / VERIFICATION. The potential winner will be notified by email and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release(where lawful), and any required tax forms within the time stated in the notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond in time (2 calendar days), is found ineligible, or fails to complete required documents, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner may be selected.
TAXES (U.S.). The winner is solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not explicitly stated as included. For U.S. winners, Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the fair market value of the prize as required by law. For non-U.S. winners, Sponsor may withhold taxes and report the prize on applicable IRS forms, as required.
CALIFORNIA NOTICE. California residents may be required to report the fair market value of the prize as income on their California personal income tax return.
